In physio today QV was explaining my knee has a habit I need to try and break. My leg likes to walk with a straight knee and that’s not what it should do. It should have a comfortable bend in it when I step and I should be not be like a stiff wooden leg when I walk. I’m not a pirate 🏴☠️ arrrahaa
It’s because my glutes are a bit weak these days and they need to be stronger to help my hips go over my feet to allow me to walk well!
