My @emilycoxhead mug says ‘Breathe’ in it. That’s just what I needed to see when I was drinking my tea this morning. I am in a bad place living with this brain injury. My issue as always is that I can’t independently walk and don’t have dependance and I really hate it. Everyone thinks ‘it wouldn’t be that bad having people do everything for you’ until it’s you. So I appreciated the reminder to breathe this morning.
