Last night my beautician who I’ve been going to for the past fourteen years came and gave me some lovely reflexology and she knew when she did it about all my problem areas!
As expected my head wasn’t like a “normal” head, the left side of your body was very tight, as was my neck. So with the reflexology we are going to try and target the ‘problem’ areas. But I think it will be good 🙂
