I’m not a giver upper as you can tell by the picture of me doing press ups on the street while in Malta on holiday – don’t ask me why I did it. Probably drink was involved. 
but being the ‘don’t back down girl’ was probably needed then for carrying out whatever I was doing and is needed more than ever now.
