Received a very nice apology parcel and letter from hof Belfast 🙂
This was cause Caroline and I went to House of Fraser for my first time since being out of hospital and it was going well til I decided to use the bathroom and then it went all down hill. The disabled toilet had loads of bins in it so it was very difficult to maneuver a (may I add small) wheelchair around. We ended up spending the last opening half an hour in the bathroom. We had planned to spend the last half an hour looking for some shoes but we didn’t make it that far. So when we finally got out of the bathroom we made a complaint. It was to hopefully help anyone in the future using that facility. Then specifically if the person was by themselves they may not have had any luck with their needed facility so we’d hope to bring this to their attention so it could be sorted for future users.
