My great friend Sophie came round on a Friday like she always does faithfully and we had a discussion about my aims and goals! She said what an improvement there has been so far and it’s really appreciated coming from her. We had a big discussion to about how this whole thing is like Everest. Challenging – trying to reach the top but worth it!!
