This afternoon was spent in my home with James 🙂
Stood for a whole episode of greys anatomy plus some so probably an hour and a wee bit all together!!
Improvement from last week anyway. And from this picture I don’t actually think last weeks was too bad 
So I’m definitely on the way up!
