Broke down

I’m feeling so broken down. Just had words with my parents didn’t mean to be horrid I was just frustrated. I wasn’t horrible I just said very sharply to dad when he was pushing me to the door ‘watch the walls!’ Also I said to both my parents ‘who thinks they will depend on their parents to push a wheelchair for them? No one!’ it probably sounded very ungrateful but really who does? No one expects that or wants that.
