This afternoon I met a lovely couple. Vincent Ward and his wife Sharon. Vincent was in my sort of situation around 20 years ago. He was doing was doing the Mara cycle from Dublin to Belfast when a drunk driver came and hit him and not only caused breaks in his arm and leg gave him a serious head injury. While in hospital his wife gave birth to their first child, But 20 years on he’s doing great and now has 4 kids 🙂 this is the saying ‘life goes on’ put into a great example for me. It gave me so much encouragement for the future. I’m reading his book ‘Sudden Impact’ at the minute to find out more.
