Today physio was brilliant as usual. Victoria has such faith in me, maybe more than I have in myself sometimes.
At the start I was working on my arm and transfers with just Victoria.
At the end of the physio session! I WALKED up mums stairs and back down them! So happy! I need remember that’s only the first attempt so it will get better and easier!
