Turmoil – a state of great disturbance, confusion, or uncertainty.
That’s what it feels like I’m stuck in. Also I’ve never been such a horrible, nightmare for my mum. I say things I don’t really mean to her. It’s like the things what I’ve heard before but I didn’t really understand it now I do, like ‘you take it out on those you love’ or ‘we hurt the ones we love most’. Must be what’s happening.
