Left leg, right leg, repeat

Physio tonight was in the standing frame balancing on my left leg and lifting my right then vice versa. Was good. Managed it fine. The only bit that is annoying is cause my crappy left leg is harder to work than my right leg and my left thigh is super tight it kept annoyingly pulling in to cover my right leg so it would get in the way of fully independent walking. And the aim is 12 weeks to get to fully independent walking so I hope I can stretch it/massage it enough to loosen it up!
