Back in the day when I was flat out at the gym probably about 5 times a week – squats and lunges were two of my favourite things to do! But the past 2 years I haven’t been able to go to an ‘ordinary’ gym just physio gyms so tonight I was delighted when physio Victoria got me to try and attempt lunges. I felt like a fish in water. So normal for me to do and after I felt very accomplished! And I would say I managed it well (for having a wick left leg) it’s been decided it’s another thing to add to my daily exercise routine. Squats and lunges! Woohoo!
