When I searched the word acquired this came up:

• accomplished
• attained
• earned

I think these are not words I can relate to acquired brain injury cause many of these words are positive.

I don’t think I did anything to ‘earn’ this brain injury or at least I really hope not. It was definitely not something I ‘accomplished’.
