Went to the cinema today with James. Did a few steps up and back down!
And controlled myself enough to stick to the diet and not get any ice cream or chocolate! Now I’m pleased as we are back home and I made some of my specialty Jamie Oliver pasta sauce for us to tuck into for our dinner!
The Alita: Battle Angel was a super film. I really enjoyed it and I would recommend it to people.
I think I probably made a connection (as I normally do these days!) to lines like this especially… it was talking about bad things (demons in my head)
