Sometimes in this brain injury it’s hard to see progression! But I watched some videos from before my crash 2016 and dating back from when I first got out of hospital 2017 and 2018 and I can see some improvements. It’s just so horrendously slow like we are nearly halfway through 2019 and I’m not back to ‘perfect’ or at least ‘normal’ yet… hopefully 2020 I’ll be on my feet and cartwheeling again!
