Today I had my swimming lesson which i go to every week and love! My swimming teacher who specializes in neuro stuff I was with today and we were having a discussion about how your mood effects your body. I wasn’t in a good mood today and my left leg was being a wee b*tch. And that was probably why I was thinking in blue (sad, not good, down) so she told me I had to think in yellow (good, happy, positive). So I’m gonna try and be thinking in yellow for swimming from now on (specially swimming!)
