I just really appreciated it this morning. The weekend over so back to the working on myself. Monday’s are hard.

Things aren’t always easy, straight-forward or exactly as you’d planned. You’re not the only one struggling or having a bad day… or month! We all must fight battles, some of which nobody knows about. Things can change in our lives, sometimes for better or worse. Some days are a little bit foggy and you must realise that it’s OK not to be okay all of the time. But, you must also realise how incredibly special you are, there’s something magical about you that makes you different to the next person, there are so many people in your life who love and care about you, you must never take those people for granted. Do what makes you happy! Life’s too short to overthink things and worry too much. You deserve to be happy. Lots of love, Emily x
