Warning:GROSS . But as this is about tbi awareness I thought I’d share this. This was me after a lovely family and friends get together. I was a bit ill on the way home and this was the second time it had happened. Made me wonder is this a brain thing I’m going to have to deal with. Dodgy tummy + rich food 😓
