Squatting!

I used to LOVE squatting pre-tbi and the wonderful Victoria remembered I had told her that before so she encouraged me to try squatting! It was basically just bending my knees and trying to keep my shoulders back. I LOVED IT!!

Also the main thing was standing by myself not holding on to anything working on my balance

Also as usual did some walking! I don’t know about you but I think it’s getting more and more successful!
