The yoga instructor from BIM is so lovely.
As we are all in lockdown so unfortunately we can’t attend BIM at this moment.
As I blogged about him before but to say again we have a lovely and fantastic yoga teacher, Denis, who I really like and always appreciate his efforts.
Well as we are in lockdown and aren’t able to attend anything the lovely Denis organized to do a zoom yoga and meditation session with Linda and I!
It was so much appreciated and I can’t wait to attend his classes in person again!
