I love Joe Wicks and I think it’s superb he is on board trying to get the whole nation interested in getting fit during this pandemic.
But my aunt gave me an interesting thought this morning! I have my own personal Joe Wicks combo! Linda/mum as my dietician and Robert/dad as my fitness instructor (physio)
The physio didn’t want to be in the photo.
But this is what he is (a superb physio who had to learn on the job!)
