Tonight is Saturday and I was invited to my dear, dear friend Sophie’s house for homemade pizza!

Her husband Joey is quite the pizza chef! And they had gotten a new pizza oven recently so that could be put to the test tonight! I can say it passed with flying colours! I can honestly say one of the tasty pizzas I’ve ever had! , Beautiful and fresh pizza! We had been blessed with a dry evening too, so not issue to eat and drink outside. Actually felt very pleasant. Made more pleasant by a wee g&t!
