Went for a physio review in rabiu today. As there are lots of Covid restrictions
I couldn’t go round and see all the lovely staff who had cared for me in my time there as an patient.
But very positive! Robo has been keeping my muscles in tip-top condition! Haven’t decreased in my muscle flexibility at all from last time, possibly gained some 💪🏻
Have to give dad credit again for helping me stay in good condition! I might give him a hard time sometimes 😞 but today just showed me for definite that he has done/is doing a superb job a and I should maybe cut him some slack! (But definitely not too much, keep him on his toes so he keeps up the great work!)
