I was at back on track physio (http://backontrack.healthcare) which I love and get loads out of the facility.
As usual here are videos of tonight’s session! I’m just feeling happy we are able to use these facilities again but I’m panicking incase we go in to another lockdown! But I suppose if it’s best for the population then that’s just what we need to do.
