I recorded a podcast today with @iw_ironwill . I enjoyed it very much and it should be up next week so I’ll keep you up to date on when you can hear it! Here are some photos of me in hospital I sent to them. Looking at these show me I’ve actually improved in myself. It sometimes feels like I haven’t moved forward very much but I need to remember I have!
