I went to physiotherapy tonight. Like I’ve said before the core is so important to help my overall recovery, For me it’s mainly my walking I desire, but if we had no core strength
as humans, we may as well be worms 🪱!
So tonight was back to thinking about core! As I was leaving physio my dad very smartly said I should think trunk! So I’ll always be the elephant in the room with this focus on my trunk!
