Do what you have to do to get where you want to be.

At the moment I have to be very regimented with my routine and physio to get where I want to be but hopefully 🤞🏻 EVENTUALLY I’ll be able to relax a bit, maybe not fully relax but a bit more than I am currently regards exercise and stretching etc.

But luckily for me I do love exercising and getting results of my body working more efficiently is even better (even better than weight loss/toning up which I used to religiously work out for)
