😁 Cheese for the camera/cake

Today was my absolutely wonderful mum’s birthday!

As we are in lockdown we ordered a meal from the lovely https://thehoosebistro.com which was lovely as usual and we are all trying to be good this January and not eat loads of sweets so we opted for no birthday cake or dessert but a cheeseboard instead.

I was thinking it’s Linda’s birthday and we need something to sing happy birthday too!

So I decided we would get a wee selection of cheeses for dessert! We made this into a ‘cheesecake’ for Linda so we could sing her happy birthday 🥳
