I loved the art workshop this week. To try and challenge my core I decided to paint reaching my arm higher. Reaching up engages my core, that’s what I think QV as told me in the past so i thought maybe I could paint reaching up! I think it worked out well! So hopefully it killed two birds with one stone and it’s me doing two of my favourite things at once!
