Recovery takes time. I am usually stuck on HOW LONG it is taking and worry that I’m missing out on so much. But this picture has made me think again, my attention needs to be removed from the clock. How long it takes should not be important in the whole picture.
But when I was thinking about this I may feel like I’ve ‘missed out’ on so much and have ‘changed’ a little I saw this picture this morning and it made think is the change really a negative?
