This is seriously breaking my deal with the devil/myself to not blog until 7th April I’m still doing it but this is quite big news I think I should make note of it!
This morning I had physio in the physio clinic myself and Victoria use for sessions and I STOOD BY MYSELF.
Yes it was only for like 5-10 seconds and yes I had a plinth in front of me incase I fell but I didn’t have my hands on it! They were by my side!
So I think that’s a step forward in the balance department…
