James and I have been watching the US Office the past few months. These words were said in the last episode by a character Pam. I think its a really evident point. If we look at the life around us, even reading this we would be on some kind of device, that means we are lucky. We have a privileged life. Take a second to think of how good and privileged your life is and be happy about that for some reason. Enjoy life
