flashback #2018 this photo just came up on my phone of 2018. It made me think back and though I find it harder to be happy in life battling this #tbi I need to remember that there is joy to be found. So just want to pass on that message. There is good times in bad times. Remember #turnshitintosunshineLike this photo reminded me, when I think back to 2018 (which was nearer the start of this #braininjury journey and I could do so much less than I can do now) there was still joy to be found. Just to encourage people, even if you’re in a ‘hellish’ situation, if you put in hard work and don’t let your thoughts run into negativity and just keep pushing yourself! @rebekahnesbitt
