I just thought about this great experience when I was an inpatient in the brain injury unit. My horse riding instructor took the time to bring up my favourite Jack! It was such a lovely experience and a highlight within the 11.5 months I was in hospital! It will be an experience I will look on fondly (or as fondly as in hospital experiences go!) but the strange thing is though I have photographs, I don’t have actual ‘memory’ of it.
