I don’t blame anyone for not understanding, heck I definitely did not/ would not have understood if I haven’t been put in this unpleasant situation. I would probably be thinking ‘just make your body do it!’ I think thats still what I think but now I have a little understanding about how much work to takes the little connections to work, and even harder if they have been damaged. So I’m learning that we all should give our bodies a break and how hard they are actually working to complete the simplest tasks.
