I loved the way the @bowerybelfast had their toliets labeled. ‘Accessible’ is such a better description than ‘Disabled’. I hate that I have a traumatic brain injury which effected the left side of my body meaning presently I cannot walk by myself or use my left arm/hand. I hate that I require to use ‘disabled’ things. It makes me feel terrible and different from all my friends/family. Yes, I need certain things that others may be lucky not to need but I am more than the word ‘disabled’. I was so grateful to see the description ‘accessible’ today. ☺️
