flashback #2019 !! Looking at this makes me consider how much I have progressed in the recent years. That photo was 2019. My posture has improved a lot and even just how I sit and hold myself has improved. This brain injury train is so slow moving but at least it hasn’t stopped. Sophie (friend and OT) has been a constant and knowledgeable support ❤️
