Great session with @theden.yoga today! I am very privileged that Denis is welcome to the idea of coming to my parents (where I do my daily exercise) and carry out in person yoga with me. Today we had some physical issues so Denis kindly did some lying down stretching and facial massage! Really chilled out session today but I was very happy, we got my left arm (which is my not engaged side) to lie basically straight by my side! Was so comfortable and a welcome change from my left arm being bent and up close to my chest!
