Today was fantastic for me regards trying the alter g physio equipment! My physio QV organized for me to go to Steele Physio (http://steelephysio.com) to get a go on the state of the art physio machine the alter-g! (https://www.alterg.com)
It was fantastic and I’m definitely going to go back. It’s a machine that allows you to work on your walking gait and your balance without anyone supporting you. It was brilliant and I really can’t wait to return and use it again.
I was able to feel independent as I didn’t have anyone’s hands on me! But unfortunately didn’t get a good video of the walking practice but I’ll get one next time hopefully 🤞🏻!
