That’s what role I took up last night! James’s sister Jenny and her partner Andy who live in Manchester are over visiting! They brought their new wee cocker spaniel ‘Tina’ to meet her cousin ‘Alfie’!
So they’re staying with us for a couple of days so I made the dinner last night. They are vegetarians so wanted to get creative with dinner, not the ‘standard’ meat substitute dinner!
But it was an enjoyable task for me as I love to cook!
