James and I spoke this morning and I said I was worried about relaying on the new scooter too much and not challenging myself to walk anymore. So thought of a brilliant rule.
Rehab is like my school. You’re not allowed to use your phone in school as it as it may distract you from education. Using this outline I will not be using or ‘allowed’ to use the scooter during the day because I don’t want to become lazy and reliant on it and not put in the work ‘during the school day!’
