No wind behind the sails!

This my last 30th birthday post! (I have stretched it out long enough!) I just wanted to share this because you can tell I really struggle to blow the candles out! 😆 I can laugh 😂 but realistically this is probably because I had a tracheotomy to help me breathe for a few months when I was first injured possibly causing my chest muscles to not be as strong! But it’s so good we have equipment like that in our hospitals and it really does help people to stay alive! 🙌🏻🙏🏼 we are lucky to be this fortunate!
